Hello @minecraftninja05, for further reference the original owner is Dodos1, who seems to not have been offline for more than 6 months.
Unfortunately the official owner as well as any listed region owners must be offline for 6 months before a town can be claimed. As dodos1 has been online in this timeframe this town is not currently eligible for claim. Denied
