Hello @Rythad, 1. Are you please able to include a time frame for when the tool ownership is going to be transferred after the payment? I.E When the tool with be unowned for it to be reowned. 2. We will also require information on what will be occuring with the already paid off partial payments should the deadline be missed by @ydoy2. Once these adjustments have been made, I will need @ydoy2 to re-accept the terms.
@Rythad will transfer ownership of the tool to @ydoy2 within 7 days of the payments being made. If @ydoy2 does not make full payments by July 1st 2025, @Rythad will keep ownership of the tool.
@Rythad, in terms of point 2. We were asking more so for what would happen to the already paid payments should the deadline not be met. E.G. Will @ydoy2 receive this money back and no longer have access to the tool nor ownership of the tool?
@Rythad is entitled to all previous payments made and the tool if full payment is not made from @ydoy2 by July 1st 2025.
