    Brief Description: Lost items because tombstone didn't work & could not find them

    Instructions: No freakin clue....this happened after I've been falling to my death dozens of times today.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: I have no idea where I even fell

    Result: Tombstone didn't work and my items disappeared

    Expected Result: I expect tombstone to work...duh

    I don't know, there wasn't an "insufficient space" error and there WAS a block for it to be on...
