NO RENT) Each home and condo is furnished with a brewing stand, water source, lots of chests, work benches, furnaces, a disposal sign, & an enderchest Town perms without home/condo (currently $1500) Town shop - Nearly all your needed items in stock Town potion shop - In stock potions and accepting bulk and custom orders Town farm - 200 x 200, multi-level farm currently with pumpkins and melons. Expanding to add carrots, potatoes, wheat, beet root, and sugarcane Town cocoa farm - Semi-automatic cocoa farm that provides approximately $2000 profit per full reap after full replant Town barn - Multi-colored sheep, cow, mooshroom, and chickens - free wool, milk, mushroom soup, and eggs for town residents Town tree farm - Every type of tree Town fishing towers - Easily catch fish without missing a bite ***************************************************************************************** RULES - Breaking ANY rule can result in IMMEDIATE removal from Thunderville All server rules are in effect in Thunderville. This includes basic rules about language, trolling and general standards of behavior. No griefing. This includes altering or destroying public buildings, roads, or public lands as well as all the other destructive behaviors already prohibited by the server. Placing LWCs outside your plot is also griefing, and will be treated accordingly. No stealing from other town residents, regardless of whether their doors are locked or their belongings are in locked chests. This rule will be enforced strictly, so don't look for loopholes. Just don't steal from anyone. Do not build or place blocks of any kind, anywhere without permission. Adding furniture, chests, decorations to the interior of your home is acceptable. All homes/condos must be fully returned to their original likeness prior to being removed from the Thunderville membership. Do not remove the leaf border that marks the boundary of your plot. They are not part of your plot, so don't build where they are, above, or below them, and do not remove them. Placing or editing blocks outside your plot without permission is griefing. This includes LWCs. All public farms are a shared resource, and MUST be replanted after every harvest. Failure or "forgetting" to replant counts as griefing and will be treated accordingly. If you are inactive for more than 14 days without notice, your plot/condo may be cleared and resold. If you know you will be inactive for more than 14 days, you can apply to be placed on the exempt list (below) by posting a request on the thread. Whether or not to place you on the exempt list is entirely up to Thunder823 and/or any co-mayor. No mining in/under the town. Use the Mining World for mining. No farms, barns, shops, etc. should be built on plots or in condos. Use the public ones. Secure your belongings inside your house/condo. Learn to use LWC commands. The town is not responsible for things you lose. Above all, we want this to be a town where players' homes and possessions are safe while they advance in ECC.
