So, I am not big on posting on forums and a few people nudged me into making a Goals post. I don't know how exactly this is supposed to work, but figured I will try. My goal is to hit Tycoon rank, and get a melon sword of my own. Once these goals have been reach, I plan to just slowly move up to the higher ranks, and slowly work towards a Eff7 pickaxe. I have always found more joy in helping others, vs becoming the top rank, or being the best pvp'r, and such in any game. Builders/Residents that I see on often, and that seem to be of a mature stature, I will always help. This is mostly in the form of helping them get their next rank through Ecd, or doing free e-repairs for tips, helping them with the little information I have picked up through out my journey on here. If I could set a simple goal for myself, it would be to give atleast one person a smile from telling a funny joke, letting them know I care, or giving them a compliment. I feel in our current generation, to much pressure is put on cut-throat business, crushing your friends in order to move up the corporate ladder and such. Just remember, we are not remembered for how much money we have (in most cases), we are remembered for our actions, and our decisions. Always strive to make someone feel better if they are having a bad day. Since I joined ECC, it slowly began to drift away from being a game and slowly became more like a family. I definitely think ECC has a great future regardless at what Notch throws at us. I would just like to name some of the players who helped me, having nearly no MC experience on PC, or even on servers. Origami, Pat, Donny, Annyonion and Softly for their singing on TS, and a few others who names fail to render in my mind. If I forgot you I am sorry. Thanks everyone for making my experience with MC more then just a game, but a pleasant and enjoyable place to spend my spare! (Which is a lot!)
I'll do my best to keep teaching you the ways of Mc itsself, and ecc lol. Anyway, im glad I have met you. (Btw theres a personal goals thread) Best of luck, Ori
With prices as they are now, it might be easier to go for an eff7 first and then work towards a melon sword. Other than that, I'm glad you've joined the ECC family, Family. I don't see you around ingame all that often but you seem to have a good head on your shoulders and I admire that. Keep up the good work!
