    Warp
    Town portal
    Trade shops

    Was thinking about
    Bank
    Acro trainer
    Spleef
    Enchant area
    Anvil area

    Any input would be great :)

    Enchant area is useless due the new exp thingy, otherwise I think you've included all you need :)

    My town will have all crops and mcMMO which will include acro trainer and PvP trainer. Perms will only cost 5k
