The Zodiac ChroniclePicon Reopens! After weeks of silence from inside Picon, following the closure of it's borders in the aftermath of the recent terrorist attacks, today the colony has officially reopened. Usually a bustling trade hub, Picon's ports have laid empty since the attack, with security officials refusing entry to all visitors whilst investigations into the explosion, which destroyed a large proportion of the area surrounding the Zodiac Embassy building, leaving many dead and even more homeless, have been conducted. Despite the perpetrators of the attack remaining unidentified, and Picon's allegations of involvement by allied colonies remaining unresolved, in a controversial move, the Quorum Delegates yesterday voted in favour of reopening the colony immediately, citing that to further isolate the city during this time of need would be a mistake. Though many have argued that this move may reflect recent concerns over the economic effect that keeping Picon's ports closed would have, many have welcomed this decision.Scorpian trading ship 'The Celestie' was one of the first ships to return to Picon after the reopening. Speaking to it's captain, he had this to say: This news comes just days after reconstruction work on the damaged area of town commenced. According to Picon officials: Until more information is released, the exact future of this site remains uncertain.
