farming is definantly one of the best money makers
Mining however, is kind of overrated. 100$ per diamond is not alot.
and they keep on falling in price.

 

I'm sorry but do you care to elaborate on this? Please provide proof of a mod ever "begging" for money.

 

Also, real estate should be number one as real estate is the biggest payout. Farming is a very close second.

 

Voting is the best way to make money but yes it does cause inflation.

A good farm compared to mining is almost always better but farms cost a lot to build.

@Raining_TNT, if you use a fortune III pickaxe diamond's are worth 100-400 a ore. So if you find a group of 4 diamonds (standard) you'll have a profit of around 1k (20% for *2 20% for *3 and 20% for *3)
Well if you also mine with a eff III+ pickaxe you will find around 10-20 groups a hour. (just mining on y:11)

So only the diamonds will give you a profit of 10-20k and you'r also able to find many more ores. I really would'nt count mining really much less then farming + that you wont need to make/hire a farm to use.

 

I have a chunk 10 floor wheat farm it makes me about 3k a harvest (If I put my mind to it I can harvest 2-3 times a day)

Begging doesn't work well for anyone, including mods.

Real estate is an easy first, mining I think would be second Farming without a 200x200 with speed cjb and effy V unbreaking III diamond axe with ext commands plus and an afk rail. then voting and finally begging.
Didn't really list ways like spawn stores selling items to players offering donation features selling donation features etc. etc..

I remember when $80 was a ton for diamonds, and you couldn't just go buy them from a spawn station, you had to go to wallstreet, or find them in some town.

 

More ways to make money :
6. McMMO. If you have excavation at high levels and a big area to excavate you can make quick cash.
7. Working for someone. If someone is building a 200x200 farm and needs help you can get fast money.
8. Being co-mayor. Fast money if you are a good seller.

 

I just made a farm/house, so i dont have to move around much.
