The stack command use to be able to stack items that would normally not be able to be stacked. It was removed because of exploits I believe.
I think that if you are going to spend cash on features, they need to be of benefit. But obviously if that feature can be abused beyond what is intended for, it is a bad thing, especially on an economy server.
