Hello, I would like to start off with thanking you for your time to read this post. This has been something I have done alone for a while off and on, as most of you know I like to buy people things, and help people. I have been around for a little over 6 months at the time of this post, and have seen ECC go from 150 to our current 500 player cap. Andrew has made 3 server upgrades since I have been on that allow more people on the server and maintain the same playability for our community. I believe that the hardest part for a new player, and the most likely time for someone to get discouraged from continuing on the server is between builder and resident. We as a community try to help new players gain a foothold in our server and this is just another way I believe we can help. I want to start a charitable donation where everyone can help our new player base as much or as little as they can. Where you can donate $1 ECD or $1000 ECD and know that eventually it will help a player move on to the resident rank where they can continue to progress hopefully bringing another loyal friendly player into our community. If you would like to donate to the fund please pm me in game or create a post here and I will pm you when I get on. Tell us a little about your time on the server so far: =) It's truly a blast! This is one of the most advanced economy servers available. With so many things to do here, from SG, to the massive user-fed marketplace, to the countless user-built towns and communities, to just chilling in the mining world, I can hands-down say that ECC is the best server of which I have ever been associated. The people are (generally) nice, the mods and admin are super helpful, and everyone seems genuinely interested in making this an enjoyable place to play. Though I've been here less than a month, one thing is certain to me: ECC, you're awesome! =) <3 Most importantly, waffles or pancakes: ...Wow, that just took me off guard. I'd also like to help by mentioning I offer players, Especially Builder rank players, a free 5x5 apartment in my town, fully furnished, Includes a bed, Chest, Furnace, and Workbench, room is cmodified so only the occupant can use the door, chest, etc. i currently have 8 furnished rooms available, and I'm willing to add more if needed =) I've used these rooms to help give players a place to /sethome and get a foothold on Life in ECC until they earn enough money to buy a plot, even if its not with GreenAcres. The rooms do not have town permissions, but I've designed it so players Still have full functionality of everything in their rooms; This prevents Grief from reckless 1 timers, and offers the safety to Honest players they deserve =) So if you are Needing a home, or know some one who does, Message me in game and we can make Sure we keep a roof over All our members' heads =)
