I worked hard to flatten it out and build buildings that I would soon forget about. Later I would hire people to demo them down and to start over! Now I am left with a 200x200 flat piece of land, just waiting to help the hobos of ECC. Hobo Land is now fully under way! The idea of Hobo Land: I had this idea to create a place where I could give the hobo of ECC a home and a job as farmers. But I was co-mayor to 4 towns and I decided that they were not the right place to do this, so I decided to host this project in my town. Currently Hobo Land is just one 200x200 place with 2 homes, a store, and some fields of farm land. But I hope to grow this town into something more. Current goals of Hobo Land: To grow! More homes, fields, and more! Simply put, I'm still building it up! Workers permit application: This is the application you use to apply for your workers permit to come and work in the Kingdom of Hobo Land. Cop & past, then fill it out, the post a reply. Number of applicants currently being accepted: 2 Types of contracts: Type One: You are permitted to work for a week. After that you must contact me to extend your contract. Contract activation fee $250; Contract extension fee: $100. Type Two: You are permitted to work for 2 weeks. After that you must contact me to extend your contract. Contract activation fee $350; Contract extension fee: $150. Note: After your contract expires you will be removed from the Kingdom, unless you extend you contract. You harvest replant, then sell crops at the barn to the trade signs. The barn is /warp hobo_land. Do you understand this: Noble Permit (Co-Mayor) Application: This is the application for those who want to rank up in the Kingdom to Noble and become a co-mayor to a town in the Kingdom of Hobo Land. You will be allowed to sell plots and add people to the town as a resident. You can also file for LWC'S and you get to keep a cut of the money. Contract as a Noble (Co-Mayor): Spoiler: Noble Permit (Co-Mayor) Contract 1. You may sell land in the town that you have been assigned to. 2. You may add people to the town as members. 3. You may not add or remove any other owners. 4. You are allow to file for LWC'S if the user has ben inactive for 7+ days or if they are banned. 5. You are to be respectful and polite to everyone when your in the Kingdom. You represent your King and the Kingdom! 6. You also need to follow the Kingdom rules, same as a regular resident of the Kingdom would. 7. You give a cut of your profit from a sell to the Kingdom as tax. This is done through trade signs located near the towns warp that you have been assigned to. Cuts are as follow: A. Profit Below $1,000 you must pay $100 to the Kingdom. B. Profit from $1,001 to $5,000, you must pay $500 to the Kingdom. C. Profit from $5,001 to $10,000, you must pay $1,000 to the Kingdom. D. Profit from $10,001 to $30,000, you must pay $2,000 to the Kingdom. E. Profit Higher then $30,001, you can keep but need to report the King (@SirChilledMrHobo) 8. You can do payment plans if you want. Rules 7 is applies just after its all paid off. 9. If you decided to charge rent, use a trade sign next to their front door/entrance. 10. With rent, pay what ever you thing is resemble to the Kingdom Via the previously stated Trade Signs. 11. If resident fails to pay 1 term of agreed rent, give them 3 more days to pay it plus the 3 days. 12. Report your selling's to the King Via in game, forum, or mail. You can do this as they happened, daily, or weekly. 13. You need to know the town commands. 14. You must be a resident of the Kingdom before you can apply for this position (Currently the town of Hobo_land or Fallowfields). 15. This Contract will be updated over time to make it easier for more and more nobles. I will mail you when I do change something. 16. Payment is what ever you sold the property for, but you need to pay a small cut of that to tax as stated above. 17. There is a $3,000 Fee that you will need to pay in order to rank up to noble. Follow sever rules, no greifing, harassment, extc... 3. Always replant! 4. Don't slack your job! If I find you have be slacking your farming, we're going to talk. 5. Must be active! Seven days of being inactive and I will evict you! Hobo Land needs hard workers! If you have to go inactive, I.E. vacation, tell me before hand and I wont evict you. 6. Don't harvest in private fields you don't own! Only harvest if the owner has asked you to or hired you. 7. Do not kill mobs! This is a huge no no and will get you in trouble! 8. Don't let mobs loose! Huge no no and will het you in even more trouble! 9. Don't shear mushrooms! If you do they turn in to regular cows! We don't want that, we need free food! You can milk cows and shear the sheep. 10. Work hard! Harvest at least once a day! Harvest then sell it in the barn for your money! Easy and quick. 11. Town Houses (Prebuilt living): -A. Do not alter the out side or inside of the house! -B. Always /lock your chests and furnaces. -C. Front doors will always be locked by me as public, this way I can come and inspect. 12. Farming: -A. Always replant public fields, their for everyone. -B. Do not change the crops that are planted. If its wheat, plant wheat again. 13. Private fields: -A. You may farm what ever single block crop you want. -B. Do not farm pumpkin, melon, or sugar cane, unless your field is built for it. It not, don't change it. -C. If you do not own the private field, don't harvest it. Unless owner asked you too or hired you. 13. Rent: -A. Always pay your rent every day. -B. you can pre pay a week. -C. If you miss one day I will give you 3 days to pay it. -D. Previous Town Updates: 8/25/16 Citizen updates: Welcome @Bsuscraft to the town. We hope you enjoy your stay with us! Town Updates: Started construction on some new farms and some new fields, built some new tent for workers. Thanks to @GoatsRMyLife and @Nilancur for helping me to clear the land for the new fields. 8/25/16 Citizen updates: Sadly no one has joined the kingdom of hobo land today. Town Updates: Not much built in the town. I have began to lay out plans to construct a Hall for people of importance, contributed/donated, helped out the kingdom of Hobo Land. I do not have a eta of when it will be ready, but its in the works. Town Event: Today was the first day we help a public event, even though it was simple it did bring new people in to the Kingdom of Hobo Land. The event was simple, a public auction of a chest that held random items collected from seized property of previous and evicted residents of the Kingdom. All profit gained from this event is going into the Kingdom and will be used to buy things that the kingdom needs. We will take a vote on what to do with the money in the following days. The winner of the auction was @xboyfernz who bid 9.1k on the chest of items and won the auction, donating the 9.1k to the Kingdom. We humbly and gratefully accept your donation and thank you very much with one the Kingdom residents stating "Oh my that's going to pay for a lot of new fields." the resident referring to how we need more fields to farm more crops. So in honor of @xboyfernz not only donating, but also being our first donator, we will create a flag in his name and add his name to the hall of honors (when its built) with great pride. The kingdom of Hobo Land thanks you @xboyfernz for your donation and reminds you that you are always welcomed in the Kingdom. 8/24/16 Citizen updates: Sadly no one has joined the kingdom of hobo land today and even more sad we have gained our first banned player from the kingdom of hobo land. @JaboyPeter has preformed a massive grief on your kingdom and has been banned from the town. Town Updates: We are working on replanting fields. Grief report: We have experienced our first ever mayor grief in the kingdom and it was handled fast and with care. We would like to thank @maroiogog for helping us in finding the person responsible and for helping to bring order to the chaos. With out you we would not of got the person responsible. In total 4 fields were heavily effect two being public beat root and wheat farms, also @JaboyPeter and @Nilancur private fields where also effected. We will help you to replant your lost crops as quickly and as best as we can. For those of you who want to look at the grief report, here's the link. I would also like to thank @_Orange_Krush_ and @GoatsRMyLife for helping to replant the fields. Your help is appreciated. Everyone in the Kingdom thanks you for your service!
