You are scammed by someone (or lose money to anyone illegally). You file a complaint. The complaint is recognized as valid, and the offending user punished. I will then pay.. 60% is the amount lost is less than 10k 30% if the amount lost is less than 50k 15% if the amount lost is less than 100k 10% if the amount lost is 100k-1000k. You may also, if you choose, pay to become a member of the IFB. The cost for membership is a one-time payment of 5k.
