Hello, RyanBlocks2 here, Recently I have come back and been more active on ecocitycraft. Because of this I have begun work on re-doing my town Grandway. My current goal is to fill the town with nice looking buildings. Therefore I need people to build nice buildings in my town. First Off, I am selling plots for $2.5k. They are 20x20 and come with perms to a 200x200 wheat farm below the town. Seondly, I am looking for people who have experience building nice homes/other structures in minecraft. In return for building nice buildings in my town I will give the following things: 1. All land necessary will be given for construction. The town is currently divided into 20x20 plots but they are easier to merge if anyone want a larger building area. 2. Any building built by you will 100% belong to you. You can do with this building whatever you would like whether it be keeping it or selling it for a profit (Note: Builders will not necessarily be added as owners but just pm me and ill add any player) 3. It is important to note that due to the way the town is constructed builders cannot build basements however they can build as high as they like. The town has a warp at /warp grandway, come check it out. The town hall will be built soon.
