Don't do stupid things like building in other peoples plots or putting lava on the road. 3. Please be nice, if someone needs an e-repair or something just give it to them. 4. Harassment and griefing obviously isn't okay so if you do that subsequently you'll get bumsmacks and a kick from the town. 5. You must like potatoes. 6. For the town farm (when we have one yes we will have one shut up) please replant and do other nice things. 7. Depending on the severity of your offense you can get anywhere from a pat on the head to a permanent kick from the town and an evil glance every time you talk in chat. 8. If you are inactive for more than a week without prior notice you will be evicted from your lot and in 10 days, have your LWC's removed. You can always come back though c: 9. Don't farm the town i.e remove sand from beaches, cut trees down, remove dirt, mine, etc. unless told otherwise. Building Rules 1. If in possession of a pre-built, exteriors and interiors cannot be changed without prior notice and approval from me/steveshizzle 2. Custom plots are only sold to people who have assured me that they can build in the chinese theme of the town by either showing me previous builds, or showing me screenshots, or simply be a reputable builder. 3. I ask that you do not build too high if you have a custom plot because it looks arbitrary and stupid. 4. Don't build out of your plot come on now it's like a coloring book its not that hard. 5. The Chinese theme of the town means that with custom plots, in some way the architecture and the materials must be chinese-esque. That means cobblestone, white/red wool, oak logs, wood, glowstone, or any kind of material that wouldn't look too out of place i.e lapis. Do you have time to help with town-related jobs?: absolutely, though, if possible, i'd like to satisfy the duties on my own time. if someone on the town council lets me know in advance, i may be able to join in a work party or two.
