The EcoCityCraft Builder Town Program A Donation Program Under The Direction Of DevotedToChrist Hello, My Friends! As the backbone of our community, Builder Towns house the future of EcoCityCraft, as they are responsible for the Housing, Formation, & Development of EcoCityCraft's future players. Often under-paid due to the limited EcoDollars raised from new players, they are nevertheless usually kind-hearted town owners who put heart before money in allowing those of ECC's newest rank to dwell safely in their towns. As a Builder Town owner myself, I understand the financial & time-consuming difficulties that make Builder Town owning such a difficult & often unproductive enterprise on ECC. Therefore, I want to officially form a special fund for those who devote their time & energies to the housing of Builders. At a random point in every upcoming week, likely to be late on Sunday night, I will be giving $10,000 ECD to a random Builder Town owner in our community. The drawing will be totally impartial as I will be setting up a program to do it, and it will be chosen from those who successfully apply and are accepted onto this page as having a valid town of five or more active Builders. Winners will receive the money at the first available chance in-game. My hope is that this will create an influx in our community of new & active members, that will do much in adding to our server population! I have given 3 plots currently. New players join everday, and in other to provide each and every builder with a nice house and comunity so that they would stay. That is not true. A lot, ok, maybe all of my money goes into my towns for my residents and co-mayors. Not to make money, not for my benefit. I knew that Towns were not the way to go to make money. I made one for the sense of community. All I want is for my builders to be successful. I want them to be the Moderators, the EcoLegends, I want them to win a Crazy Lotto. I try everyday to sell plots to builders. Everyday. Don't tell me you don't see my ads . I want for them to have an experience beyond others. I want them to be my co-mayors one day. To run their own shops. I need money for warps, portals, materials for things I can build for them to make their ECC experience THAT much better. At least four have moved in in the last week, but one of them is already a Resident Why Do You Believe You Deserve This Giveaway?: Lancaster has always been welcoming to new players, but a lot of them have moved up. As the city grew, I decided to build a resource/home just for Builders because affordable plots are mostly taken. So, it's interesting you should do this, because I just spent a ghastly amount of money I'll never make back building this: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/lancaster-apartments-for-builders.115544/ They pay $1000 for an apartment (not rent, one-time payment), which I subtract from the cost of a future plot if they make Resident and choose to stay in one of the Lancaster towns. So I will make NO money on this, except when it helps a player stay and move up -- then I make a return on the eventual land sale. In fact, I would donate to a fund like this, but I already spend a fortune on Builders!
