You may not fill your whole plot with just a building, Please use other forms of decoration to fill your plot with and vary it a bit. (lava ponds, netherparks, nethertrees, be creative and stick with the theme.) You may not build outside of your plot. Server Rules

Yes, 50k for one plot. The town is expensive because it's awesome and I don't want random people in my town.
