This is an idea I had to try to involve town residents with the town some more. Every property owner in Panem and lords of Panem are entitled to one vote in the Congress. Any member may suggest any suggestion they want to see changed, added, or removed from the town. An example of this would be if we wanted to withdrawal from FAROD. While anyone may suggest anything the only suggestions that will come to an official vote is ones I approve and post on this thread. (This is due to the fact that the town is my property and I need final say in it.) But once I have approved of a suggestion and it is voted on, the outcome will become the law of Panem. (I withhold the right to the veto anything though if an unforeseen problem happens.) I will have another thread for suggesting ideas. viewtopic.php?f=814&t=24525 The short list of rules. Any property holding member of panem or lord of Ireland is a member of the congress. Any member may suggest anything, but to come to a vote must be approved by me and posted in this thread. Once a suggestion is approved and posted here by me, member of the congress can vote in this thread for the amount of time I set. The outcome of the vote will become the official policy of Panem, unless I am forced to call the vote null and void. I am interested in seeing how this will work. This might be expanded later or shut down if it becomes a problem, we will see. The congress is in a “test phase” you could say. One thing I want to bring to vote to start is. Do we want to redo the spleef arnea? Lets have voting on this close a week from now (or when we have enough votes) You can answer YES or NO
I just realized I never closed this vote on the forums. :/ Anyways with one vote for yes the spleef arena is going to be rebuilt better than before. (Before another vote will happen I’m going to launch a major advertisement campaign for this.
