Thank you EcoCityCraft for *Two* years!

The title says it all, thank you.

I will be pming people in-game and thanking you, I just don't want to spam forum tag the entire server.

I was contemplating if I should make a thread thanking everyone in the community through words, or if I should make a Vlog type video - I decided to go with the thread. Why am I making this thread? Well because around this day marks my two year anniversary on EcoCityCraft! Keep in mind, I didn't join in-game under jetscat until around early September, but prior I played on my friends account, until I decided to buy an account for myself.

The list of thank yous is much longer then what I wrote below. Just because I didn't address you directly, doesn't mean you don't deserve a thank you. So, thank you! The list isn't in any order of sequence of things like "I like him/her more" or "He/She has been here longer" it's simply a lot of people that deserve thanking.

I hope you enjoy reading, and again, thank you, Ecocitycraft for making this my home, I will never forget any of these memories. To two more years!

The most appropriate person to begin my list, of course. Because if it wasn't for him, there would be no list.

I haven't grown close to you andrew, not nearly as much as others did joining around my time. However, that doesn't neglect the fact that you're a good friend of mine, and everyone else on the server. I know, personally, that you strive each and everyday to make the community a great place. You put your real life duties and expectations aside for the better of the server. You rush home from events if there's an exploit just so users don't get upset, this is why we all owe a thank you to andrewkm.

You define the word dedication. Your goals are not noticed as much as they should be. Keeping a well balanced economy, preventing exploits, handling bugs, daily updates, paying bills, handling donations, etc. This is some of the major stuff you do, but what about the little stuff? The little things are what stand out to me the most.

Not many server owners will even interact with their community, they'll simply hide behind their computer screen and count their donations - this isn't you. Your random posts on peoples threads, little ratings, shouts directed towards users, etc. All of this means so much to the community, and myself.

I haven't had a direct conversation with you for quiet awhile, but when I did, I could tell not only were you an excellent server owner, but you were also a cool dude. ^.^ Very chill and fun to hang around with - but serious when it comes to the server. People always say things like "He's just going to cash out on donations and turn off the server" - This isn't something andrew as a person would do, unless serious emergency came up in his life... Even then, andrew wouldn't let the server down.

So thank you, thank you for letting me make this list, thank you for all the great fun, thank you for allowing me to meet knew friends, thank you for allowing me to discover myself, thank you for striving each and everyday to make EcoCityCraft as great as it is. We should all give our thanks out to andrewkm for being such a dedicated, caring server owner.

Where to begin?

Upon joining the server, I actually believed I was hated within the community - which most Builders experience until they make a name for themselves. But as a builder, Ike actually took me under his wing, and I learned how to be respected in the community from him. He was one of my closest friends growing on E.C.C - and he'll always be a close friend of mine.

I don't know if to thank him, or spite him for this... But he's the one who got me addicted to the Lottery. Our little partnership was undefeatable when it came to Lottery. Putting in the same amount of tickets and splitting the winnings, we were racking up the money. I did this until I was a Mayor, where I met somebody else that I went with when it came to the lottery, Rezonl, we'll discuss him later. I regret going with him over Ike in the lottery - i'll explain later.

Ike is the comedian of the server. His old man status is what makes him loved within the community. Most people are scared of him... For good reasoning. Him and his pristine writing skills shows he's intelligent, he wins every argument.

He knows the rules better then I, or anyone else will ever know them. Known for keeping Moderators in check, and yelling at them legally if they do something wrong.

Staying up late at night in Ventrilo, listening to him tell us stories about war, and the old EcoCityCraft. I'll never forget the days with his old type writer, writing taxes for whatever you did. Did you ask a question? 14 Dollars and 25 cents! Going into the Other games channels and playing Risk & Monopoly, Ike would always win, but it was still fun trying to team up against him. No, we don't do these things much anymore, because a lot has changed. But honestly, spending time around Ike are moments I will never forget. <3

Not only in-game, but also personally have I grown close to Ike. He's actually really kind and polite behind his grungy old man like attitude. He has taught me some valuables things that I will always remember throughout my life.

Ike is a great player, and an even better best friend.

D0rc
D1rc.

People thought I was 28? They obviously haven't met D0rc. Like Welikeike22, his writing skills and long paragraph posts on the forums are what makes him known around the community. Although recently stopping, he would always go and argue his points on Suggestions/Bugs. He wouldn't post his opinion unless he could support it with strong facts.

This is how the community knows D0rc, but just recently I have actually grown closer to D0rc as a friend. Although he sort of quit EcoCityCraft, I still enjoy joining him on a different Minecraft community for occasional PvP.

I enjoy playing TeamFortress 2 with him and a few others in the Other Games channel.

I periodically play Lottery with D0rc, but most of the time he's just asking for monies... Bad d0rc! 1130111? Did I do it? (inside joke)

Learning PvP, and him making fun of Canadian accents.

I wouldn't have started in PvP if it wasn't for this man. Because if you guys didn't know, I used to be good at PvP... when it was alive. With Unknown, Rezonl, HeavensFallen, komrk888, Delitad, welikeike22, D0rc, HDvorteX, egkoston, Zeno78, and Camcliff we were growing as a clan, now known as The BrotherHood. Before all of the McMmo crap, when PvP was at its finest.

Unknown was one of the top PvPers, he still is, however, you should of seen him a year and a half ago. I looked up at him, and he taught me and the other "Brothers" how to fight. If we entered PvP, you left, no arguments. There was no Flying, there was no pots, there was no enchants - Just blood and death.

Besides the intense Murdering of Unknownrider, there's also a cool guy inside. Skyping with him was always a joy... Him and his Canadian accent, "Eh jetscat" still happens every time I join his Channel on teamspeak or in a Skype call. But nonetheless, he's a great PvPer, and a better friend.

Lottery partner.

Not sure if to hate, or to like.

Me and him have lost most likely a total of 10+ million off the lottery. Did you also know I was one of the biggest Lottery players back in 2011? Rezonl and I would farm all day, then play the Lottery all night. We would repeat this process until we were broke - which happened often. But it was still fun seeing Multiple millions of dollars in my balance at a time.

All was swell, Rezonl & I's partnership was growing. We were winning bigger Lotteries, until we decided to stop. We had around 1.7 million each. Then a user came on, a random Builder, who donated upwards to 800+ USD for EcoDollars. He did the unthinkable with the money he donated for... he played the Lottery. We knew he had upwards of 4 million dollars in his balance, and we wouldn't be able to take him out our selves. This is where we teamed up with another Lottery player, DeadBodyMan. We each, threw in 1000 tickets vs the builder, 3m vs 1m. Who won? The builder won. I'm not mentioning the Builders name hence he's now banned.

After this huge lottery deficit, both Deadbodyman, and Rezonl quit the server. I told myself as soon as I got into the Lottery, it won't make me quit - I played it at my own risk. I guess they didn't see any terms.

Rezonl now plays league of legends, and apparently is ranked in the 100's in North America. I keep in somewhat contact with him, casual talks here and there over Skype... But the moments we shared together in the Lottery will never be forgotten.

Nothing really identified out relationship, but he was no doubt close to me. Being the previous Leader, or one of the Leaders of the BrotherHood, he'll never be forgotten. Catching up with him, HeavensFallen, and Delitad on Trouble in Terrorist Town is always great fun. We talk on rare occasions on Steam, and we're all still waiting his return.

A buddy.

Like Komrk, nothing in specific identifies our relationship. However, he was a previous BrotherHood member, and Super-Mod, therefor he'll never be forgotten. He's a great guy to talk to, quiet, but funny and chill. Hopefully one day he'll return to dwell on EcoCityCraft once more!

I was his slave kitty. I would basically do anything he told me to do, Mine for him, Farm for him, Build for him, etc. No pay, just love, and petting sometimes... I like when he pets me, meow. Very quiet, but a cool dude nonetheless, it was fun talking to him recently in Ventrilo because he now knows i'm not 28.

My staff partner & McMmo buddy.

We would stay up very late together and just Mine/Excavate. We were at the top of the McMmo charts, both PvP & Mining/Excavation wise. From early in the morning, until late at night. After convincing EG to apply for staff, we would discuss issues/problems and work them out together. I learned a lot from him, even though I got Moderator first, he was a great role model for staff.

He later left for College... I wish he came back... Please come back? <3

He made me notice indirectly how to be respected on here. I looked up to Kuke, I still do. He's a great role model on how Moderators/Super-Moderators should act.

Although I yell at him for calling me adorable in Skype... He's still a great friend, and we have grown closer then I ever thought we would. Great friend, and great staff partner.

Funny & A leader.

Wewin is one of the funniest people I have ever met. But also the most serious. He would guide staff in the exact directions we should be guided to. But also have fun along the way. Sending us random youtube videos to watch and have a good laugh at was always great fun. Him and his stories, some I will always remember as an EcoCityCraft memory.

Although he did it in a trolley way, he actually encouraged, and made the entire staff team think we each were his favorite Moderator - therefor making us work harder towards promotion. Each time a Moderator got the position, Wewin would pm him saying they were his #1 pick. I got this pm, but in a different way.

I applied for Moderator, but I ended up getting turned down. Wewin messaged me on Ventrilo, saying I was his #1 pick, and to try hard next time applications were open. I'm now doubting I was his #1 pick, however, when he told me I didn't doubt it, I pushed, and tried really hard to get he position - And I got it even before staff applications opened.

What i'm trying to say is, I probably wouldn't of been a Moderator, Super-Moderator, or ever a Game-Admin if it wasn't for Wewin, so thank you for giving me the opportunity on staff, and for serving as such a great leader.

Honestly, I couldn't thank these people enough.

Yeah, I know some of you were removed from the group, but that doesn't mean you weren't ever apart of the main Minestuds group. I will not forget the multiple months we shared as a group uploading videos about EcoCityCraft. Without your guys support, I probably wouldn't of ever told the community about my real age.

So thank you for the fun memories, I will never forget them. <3
