    I can't seem to connect to ecc taptalk server. I have no idea where to put this thread so staff move this as you wish. Anyway, I opened taptalk and try to connect to ECC, but it doesn't work.

    Indeed. As stated, tapatalk was removed from ECC due to privacy/security reasons.
