in my town ( Vault_111) i have a main gate operated by a switch block and a gate sign (show at ). before the 1.9 update i could right click the block to toggle the gate on and off. since the update when i right click the block it toggles the gate twice (shown in the link) meaning i cant access town without breaking the walls. the gate toggles normally if i right click the sign or the level directly. MadMonster_ is also experiencing this problem and occurs everytime it is tried.
I can confirm this, I seem to have the same problem. It seems to be that the [X] on the sign cannot/does not trigger the lever as it used to.
Correct, I don't have any of the blocks/signs/levers locked and it's still not activating the lever when the block (with the switch on) is clicked.
@TBM_Striker I did /wild today and ended up at the door of Vault 111 (slightly to the left of it actually). I was disappointed when I couldn't break in via the switch. Please fix this so I may search for bent tin cans inside.
that is a very tempting idea, but i feel i have done my job sufficiently at keeping the in progress town safe from intruders
appologies on the slow reply, i can confirm it is not fixed on my end, if it fixed else where in the server can i have someone come and check over my set up to ensure the issue is not in that
Just to make this easier (hopefully), as shown from the video below, the switch is outputting twice per tick by the seems of things (as TBM_Striker has said). I've made this video so you can see that the button works fine (as it's a long pulse) however when using the lever you can see that the light flashes on and then back off as the lever is activated twice.
