I'm not sure whether the intended question is "How often are the worlds reset" or "How much time does resetting the worlds take". Worlds are usually reset about once a month, albeit without a set date or time. "One month" is the most accurate estimate available. Resetting the worlds usually takes a downtime of a few minutes, maybe ~10. I am not sure, it's been a long time since I last witnessed a reset live.
