I believe that enchantments on shovels don’t do any better than a plain diamond shovel. ClarinetPhoenix does one of these every so often but if you want to do one off grid I know @outerlocal has a good spleef enclosure. Also will you provide prizes or will there be a entry fee or a donation pool?
well i will try a donation pool first and if not then then i will try and provide prizes, but im not starting the challenge untell we get at least 10-15 votes on how many prize wining places there will be
All you need is dirt and bonemeal (to make it grow grass). But if one sand breaks, they all do as well

Not sure how much you need, but I am willing to donate stacks of snow for the actual event if it will help...sorry...when I think of spleef, I think of snow In addition, if you get enough interest in this event, I will donate $25k toward the prize pool for the simple fact that I think great events are what make ECC special.
