Reason: So we currently have four survival/hunger games in different maps/arenas, Well i was thinking that we could create a minerun arena, If we do get it, it will start off a bedrock floor, and 36 players stand around it and you start possible with a diamond pickaxe and you mine until it comes to pvp, however this is where it gets good. Once you have got all the minerals, you get 30 seconds to create armor ( The floor will turn into crafting tables) and then you battle it out, and last man standing wins what ever they have gathered, Yes this will be easy money to the winner, but they could do one every 30 minutes or 1 hour possible. This could be easially done except what you have planned is slightly harder. It involves a few things, like world edit's and a random number generator based on what it will spawn It also needs to limit fly etc.

This could generate INSANE amounts of money, regenerating the floor constantly is laggy and doing it often completely ruins the fun of the once every couple of months minerun. -1
He can because they are good at coding. Regarding the arena, it should be one everyday, not once an hour, so if there is 50k worth of stuff in the arena, that would be 50k an hour so 1.2 million dollars worth of items per day with one every hour.
So your saying we should put 1.2 million dollars into the economy everyday? That just doesn't make sense and Andrew probably won't do this. And for all those freakishly good pvp'ers out there that will do this and win every time. And say they play this 5 times a day that's 250k just handed to them. No, If it was once a day or every other day is what I was trying to say, I was saying that if it was every hour, it would be pumping $1.2 million into the economy, I wasn't trying to say that was a good thing.
maybe 5-10k prize and 1 per week but the prizes and frequency are ridiculous it would cause a ton of lag and generate so many minerals in. +1 if changed
Maybe instead of getting to keep the items and minerals, maybe you do it once every like hour or day and get like a set amount of money as a prize like thecreator said
We stopped doing Mineruns a few years ago. (Around the time I joined) Because as Kuke said, it generates such a large amount of money into the Economy. These are rare events, and it's also why our Crazy Lotto's, Snipes, etc. Aren't automated.
