Reason: Fire aspect does not work when rain is ON so the little more damage the fire aspect on our sword doesn't you anything. The rain lamost makes some people, like me, lag sometimes. Lag in PvP in not fun because you are killed easily. I know other people don't like the rain for some or other reasons.
