This suggestion is quite simple I believe: One day a week each and every one of us could agree to give our hard working staff a break from Ban appeals/Complaints. It could be rotating days every week. Maybe that day could be used by staff to have fun instead, or maybe catch up on some of the really important things like applications and suggestions. I know that what I am asking is that we all try to get along really well for one day at least - scammers/trolls/and complainers would all take a break and have some fun also. Who knows, it may actually work out and maybe expand to a few days a week. Thanks for reading and please make your suggestion on which day to start this and if you would prefer same day or rotating days each week. PS. Shh... Please try not to let staff know about this if possible - would they even know how to act if we could pull this off?
It should happen but it won't. Whenever you try and organize something this drastic with this many people (Especially with young kids) something will always go wrong. I tried to organize my little cousins birthday party, it was impossible. So many little rascals running around

I appreciate your reply and agree with you that it would be a part of the staff job and hopefully they can enjoy it also. I also hope you could agree it would be nice to give them a day off every week - maybe they could earn some money - work on their towns or nations - handle applications and staff requests - or just play minecraft like the rest of us a little more that day.
