Ok, i logged on today and i got really disappointed. /ch d did not work. I hate [VIP] (/ch v) now, this is a petition to get it back to /ch d!!!!! or... have instead of [V], [VIP] Form for petition: IGN: Donation Feats: Why you want it back to /ch d or [VIP]:
I prefer /ch V over /ch D. But going back to /ch D would be the more common approach. /ch V should be for VIPs only. It just feels more correct. "I did not mean anything inappropriate."
Can't we have both? I sense this could be a new goal for people to get VIP besides the tag. Donator for all donators, and VIP for VIP and VIP+ players. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Also, I think I will end up wrong-chatting a lot and going into vanish on accident.
Perhaps I should have said that earlier. I got a warn for that. Adding to convo here. We paid for services which made us important people. We helped keep the server running by paying for goods. I think too often we call them donations. It's a sale. VIP just makes more sense.
/ch vip is really.....really confusing. I don't see a reason in changing it when it makes it really confusing AND was perfectly fine before. :/ If /ch d is gonna become something like /ch developer, alright, but... /ch vip still makes no sense. It implies you have to be a VIP to use it. tl;dr I would highly prefer to have /ch d over /ch vip.

It just makes no sense to have a VIP channel for all donators when not even half of them are VIP. Donator just made a lot more sense, and it was a lot easier to type /ch d than /ch v.
Well MoofinK, it could be changed to /ch $ instead of /ch d like you said. /ch VIP should be for VIP users only. +1
I also got an in-game pm from someone (not mentioning names) that says "why do you want [VIP] instead ov [V]. Others only have [G] or [Tr]" I think it is demeaning to others because they worked hard for that donation and they would want [VIP].
