I agree, not only is it extremely annoying to have random things locked, It's also very very trolly. When something is troll locked, you have to file things and wait for a mod to come unlock it. I believe troll locking should be more harshly punished. If not first offense, definitely second offense.
Exactly. there is a steep opportunity cost when someone does something like this. It takes a significant amount of time and effort to get the situation resolved. Even if they don't steal anything. When my chests finally did get unlocked by a mod, I wasn't able to immediately lock them back up and my sand/glass was stolen.
