Reason: Because theres warps for stuff like nether and aether and it would also be a nice addition. Sorry but as Lee said above we already have warps to all shops at spawn, the market, towns warps area and many more places.
And if I misunderstood you and you are talking about having warps to each individual spawn-shop, that would fill up the /warps too much and reduce the amount of people going store to store looking for what they need.
