Reason: Due to the fact the mining world is now available to all there are only 2 worlds gained (nether and aether). It would now be cheaper to buy Ecodollars and apply for it.
um... the only problem I see is people who have already donated for it paying more than it is worth. otherwise, if andrew wants to reimburse with gift cards people who apply for reimbursements or he states specifically that no one will be reimbursed (also a fine idea) than this would make perfect sense.
