Ign: RyanBlocks2 Suggestion: Rule Change, Changing clause V.iii: Returning of Towns To Original Owners - Changing it so that the person who the town is being taken from them to return the town to its original owner is notified on the forums when this happens. Also if that user can provide proof of the purchase of the town then it will not be transferred back to the original owner. Reason: People can sell towns then request then back a month later. It's just not right.
It says that blatant scams will be punished. ECC does not support these kind of sales, it causes extra work to authenticate whether the sale happened or not, and is generally a headache. In my opinion the risk should stay on the buyer, as long as the blatant scam clause remains.
Even if they are not supported they do happen a ton and just because something isn't supported doesn't mean people should be allowed to scam.
