[Suggestion]

+1, I think breeding of chickens should come back, but not use of eggs. This would make harder to obtain a chicken farm, so less farms, less lag.

 

No! Never! Chickens must die! They are the reason for the lag monsters!

 

I really think we should just allow egg farming. (with the nerf) Just kill all the mobs with butcher every other day or so. I don't see the problem with people making money off another source besides farming. Lag can't be that big of an issue with how many hundreds of farms growing at once. I'm sure I am missing a reason why chickens must go the way of the cactus, could someone teach me?

 

The purpose of the aether is for building.

Hundreds of mobs will lag a server. And this made too much money.

 

The server is made to handle 200 people. It can also handle 4 mobs spawning out of one spawner at a time. It cannot handle 500 chickens all in the same chunk.

 

You cannot make 80k+ an hour with spawner though, which what was happening with chickens.

 

There still would be lag?

 

User would spawn more to make previous earnings, so much more lag.
