I think this was denied in the past because it would make logs a lot more spammy. Instead of someone doing a command for 10k, they'd probably do 10 commands of 1k each, making 10x more messages.
Put a x time cooldown on it, you can do max deposit so why not a cooldown? (Nothing crazy but maybe like 15 seconds or something)
A cooldown wouldn't really solve that issue, there still would be loads more transactions for smaller amounts that would be logged. Sure, it'd prevent someone from doing it repeatedly in a short span, but generally people only waste time doing that when they want to get a reaction from others.
