It's allowed, just ignored unless your reasons are good enough. Honestly, just at the thought of it, images of rollback city runs through my head. I've thought about Pyro+ and Water+ Pyro+ lets you walk through lava in the main world only. Water+ lets you breathe underwater in the main world only.

i would like to be able to place it i have seen some severs that make it were explosive damage hurts but does not destroy blocks
