Minecraft Name: minecraftninja05 Suggestion: that we make lwc requests closed(only view-able by staff and user filing one) Reason: I understand getting items from an lwc are the reason it is here, it is to either clear that land, or re-sell the home they are in etc..., but i find it annoying that some users, I won';t name any names. wait for lwc's to be processed, then tp to the cords and take the stuff, i had an issue yesterday where they tried to steal the stuff, they were to late, but i find it annoying, as i don't want them in my town, and they have no right to be there. Any Other Information: n/a Link To This Plugin: n/a
I think you meant "not the reason". If people keep filing this type of complaint, then the staff is just going to delete the chests. The items in the chest do not belong to anyone, so it is not stealing. Build a "room" with a door around the chest. /cmodify the door to the old chest owner and you. If anyone else accesses the locked room, then you can file your complaint. To quote nicit6 on the last time this was suggested.
Because you need input from other players at times. The request is stright forward and doesn't need player input unless the player returns.
You still aren't allowed to block it off in a little room with a door modified for said user, as stated by @WeirdBuilder in game.
@WeirdBuilder I believe you are mistaken, or there has been a misunderstanding. I can invite you to the private convo where I was specifically instructed by staff that this was fine. I own a town. I build a room/house/structure anywhere in my said town. I do not cover/block/ or obstruct the chest in any way. I modify the door to be modified to the owner of the chest so they always have access to it. I file a LWC for the chest within all server rules that allow for a LWC to be filed. At what point do you see any rule being broken here?
@MochoCrap @Emau Creating a protective box around the LWC and then providing a locked door in which the user is modified to is not accepted or allowed. The reason being, we cannot tell if the user is modified to the lock. This would be incorrect. I have questioned Physicistsmom regarding this, and she has confirmed that this is not allowed. And to those who teleport to recently unlocked chests - I'm honestly a little disappointed. As stated by many others before: LWCs have never been for the items inside. They have only ever been intended for freeing up space and moving things out of the way.
