What can we spend exp on? Creating tools, fixing tools (if you use mending), but what else? To only spend exp on a tool that will most likely never break (due to e repairs) leaves very little demand for it. My suggestion is to add tools, weapons, armor, and blocks that we can purchase with exp. As you know, this will create a massive demand for exp, making the prices absurd. You may ask, "How will builders be able to afford exp to create essential tools or armor?" That's where the second part of this suggestion comes into play: What should we do to increase the supply? This will create a very high demand for wealthier users, yet will not hinder a new users ability to earn exp. In fact, it should help them because they will be able to sell their extra exp for much more money.
What do I think we should be able to buy with exp?
A tool that can insta break glass has been requested by many players in previous suggestions, but for some reason has never been added. I do not know how difficult it would be to create a tool like this, but if it is possible, it should be done, and should be purchasable with exp.

A tool that can insta break sponges would be very nice to have, yet should not cost as much as a tool to insta break glass. Again, I don't know how hard this would be to make, but if its possible it should be done.

This next one might get some hate, but I think Star Armor, the Star Sword, and the Star Bow should be removed from the Star shop and should cost exp instead. I don't know one person who owns any of the previously stated items, and I do not think they sell for nearly as much as their Nether Star value suggests they should be sold for. This should not cause too much turmoil because there must not be many in existence. I do think that these items should certainly cost A LOT of exp just to make it fair for someone who has them, but I do not think they should cost the amount they do in Nether Stars, so why not make more demand to buy them with exp instead?

*** IF ANYONE ELSE HAS A SUGGESTION ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE PURCHASABLE WITH EXP PLEASE POST THEM BELOW AND IF YOU DON'T MIND ME ADDING THEM UP HERE:) ***

NOW before anyone loses it on me and says "HOW WILL THE BUILDERS GET ANY EXP!?!?" This next part will explain some ways to increase the supply of exp.
What should be done to increase the supply of exp?
I have mentioned this in previous suggestions, but I think mobs NEED to drop double exp. This will give builders an easy way to get lots of exp (especially now that they can set up their own grinders because they can place water!) for their essentials, yet won't ultra inflate the economy. With mobs dropping more exp, this probably would become the main source of exp. With mob spawners being the main way ecc'ers get exp, players have the option to either farm the spawner themselves, or break the spawner in an attempt to decrease the supply and increase the price.

Maybe reintroduce earning exp from smelting (Maybe half it?)? No one really smelts anymore except builders, because of the /smelt command. This would allow builders to get more exp from when they mine.

Exp should also drop in the nether from mining quartz, because of the pvp in there (idk if pvp actually works...)
making it risky to mine in there and run around with your exp.

*** IF ANYONE ELSE HAS A SUGGESTION ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ALTERED IN A WAY TO GET EXP PLEASE POST YOUR IDEA BELOW AND IF YOU DON'T MIND ME ADDING THEM UP HERE :) ***

I tested this a while ago with mcMMO 1.8. It was actually surprisingly easy to modify mcMMO to create a tool that breaks glass like axes break leaves above mcMMO woodcutting level 100. I may have done it in the messiest way possible, but it works.

The bad news: It is an mcMMO ability and thus applies to <any> tool; purchasing a special one is impossible - well, at least as long as I don't know how difficult it would be to include something like the flux pickaxe. It may make the code a lot worse than I already made it...

    See above.

Why should we touch EXP? For once, it's actually a healthy market.

    This.

There's no need to touch it right now. It's trading very well.

I want my tools to break stuff fast :/
And you don't think it will still be a good market if these were added? I personally think this would make the market even better, gets rid of some of the exp from the rich hoarders, yet gives builders an even better opportunity than they have now to get tools they need without buying exp. I just think this would be much better for builders than at the current rates, a builder having to spend like 15-20K to buy a tool they need.

About replacing S.Tool requirement, that will cause economy havoc, or at least just to netherstars and experience, due to them existing in the server a lot.

And what block/item will be available if purchased with EXP? Assume that most of it is already on market but though, I like the idea of generating EXP from mob spawners but there needs to be a use for it otherwise the current price of EXP will badly drop due to low demand and purpose.

Though, this makes me think of another thing.
Repair sign that costs 25 exp for every 10 durability, for the desperate who cannot find someone to repair.

I figured since the star sword bow and armor are not so prevalent, they would not cause nearly as much turmoil as making star tools cost exp.
As for what to buy with exp... I suggested a few things to buy with exp in the first post. A tool that insta breaks glass, one that insta breaks sponges, and the star armor, sword, and bow
