Reason: For people that don't have a spawn shop (or can't afford it) they can have people teleporting to there shop from the warp signs Maybe mayors+ can make shopping centers (like a mall) with there protected area and they can sell/rent stores out for people to use, and the buyers can teleport to them using warp signs.
