Minecraft Name: Block_Master1001 Suggestion: I am suggesting that after a player has gone inactive for 6 months, there chests shall be unlocked and given to the server or deleted from the server. For example, in the wild, there is a chest that is locked and the person is inactive for over 6 months. There is no way to get to the chest or make it go away ATM. Reason: The reason why I think this would be a good addition to the EcoCityCraft community is because it would help the land be more clear of locked chests from inactive players. The reason why I came up with this is because I was going through the wild getting supplies and I would always come up to locked chests. I would search the person who owned the chests and it would say "Player Not found." I just believe that these chests spam the wild land and it is a waste of space that makes it ugly. Other Information: It would be a good way to keep the wild clear and clean of locked inactive peoples chests. Link to this plugin: N/A
Very difficult to implement, almost impossible to complete for the staff team. Even if there were a plugin for this, it wouldn't be fair for players that might go inactive, but leave their things in locked chests in their own towns to have the locks removed. -1
-1 this would be nearly impossible to implement and seems fuelled by personal gain, something LWCs shouldn't be motivated by.
This is a great suggestion if you could just remove the part of them being opened to the public. Unfortunately it has been suggested before and there are always reasons why our wild must remain in chaos and strewn with ugliness from trolls. I have yet to understand why we are not able to have troll locks removed from the view of our towns (items can be kept by the server for all I care) - some of us do not want to have to put walls around every town in order to have a decent view.
It would be easy? Why is there not a current system in place to take care of this? I can't imagine having all of those excess LWCs is doing any good for the server.
As @AdmiralD This dose not have to be open to the public. I will be changing this. They can be given to the server for all I care.
As I said, LWC will not be adding it. But if this suggestion goes ahead, I may be able to find a way to do it externally.
yessss please!! +1 Maybe instead of the staff having to code all this stuff to implement it, how about we just get the ability to message a moderator when we find a locked chest and they unlock it? idk anyways but +1
What if someone wants to make a town but a locked chest of a user is in the way of something? What then?! +1 Although, I agree, this should not be used for personal gain. Therefor, I think everything in the chests should be given to the server. and when someone chops down that tree and finds a chest locked by a player who has been inactive for more than six months...?
Well, then the person could get it removed. This suggestion is for in the wild without it being in a town.
