IGN: Original_Jackson Suggestion: I suggest that Unbreaking 3 is put on the star shops Melon Sword automatically. Reason: If I save up 1500 nether stars, to buy the sword, I would like it to be "complete". The only Melon Swords on the market have Unbreaking already added, so the ones from the star shop should be equal. This would reduce the extra cost of 5k for an Unbreaking 3 book, and an anvil combo. Also this would provide a better experience for those who need others to add the book, as they have the chance of getting scammed. Other Info: Sorry if this has already been posted, I did a search and nothing like this came up.
I'm curious as to why Andrew made the sword there without unbreaking. He may have his reasons and I could guess on some of them, but otherwise, it's up to him, since I see ups and downs for both sides.
But why? I don't really see a point in not having Unbreaking, that's like making the star pickaxes Efficiency 7 and Silk touch only
Me too... I always thought I was just getting a good deal... How much do you think they are? I buy for 2k usually
If you want unbreaking on it, then by all means deal with it yourself. The point of the star shop is to sell things that are otherwise unobtainable in game, so attaching an attainable unbreaking 3 to the sword (and subsequently all other star tools) goes against the whole paradigm of the shop.
Won't happen, makes melon swords from the shop way to OP as is. If you have 400k, you can get 5k for a book.
That's like saying that since someone got a 2mil value vault, that they should be able to get 100k with ease.
Jason1964 Well, that is exactly the point. I've got the feeling that you aren't breeding your money properly; are you putting the two investments in a warm and cozy environment? A beginner mistake is to try and force every small gain you can get, but just give them time and space; eventually they'll start popping off loans like nobody's business.
I'm afraid for deep deep economy I'm slightly lacking, but I do have some economy classes I'm taking in school later this year.
