this was suggested before and denied i don't see why you cant wait 5 seconds? if you have a ton of people tping at once it will lag the server a lot this way it reduces lag.
This would cause lag, but maybe like other commands spamming tp should give you a 3 minute ban. I think this Idea would work! +1
