Minecraft Name: Joseph01234 Suggestion: Add a Tombstone++ feature, within which in acceptable worlds (e.g.: mining world, rising, legacy etc.) keeping ones inventory upon death is enabled. Reason: It'd easily increase the donations for the first two levels of the feature, which due to a general low guarantee on its effectiveness not many people invest in the feature. While this may impede on /back donations, I think the increase to these three levels worth of 20$ feature may justify such a loss. Also, to prevent the issue of impeding on PvP in the main worlds, it could be disabled via the /cheats command, as that'd generally be part of the agreement in any PvP event anyways. Any Other Information: None really, I suppose it wouldn't be difficult to justify a price increase for the final level, putting it at 25-30$ instead of the other two level's 20$. Link To This Plugin: The concept is a part of vanilla minecraft, however to enable/disable it with a player command and depending on which world one is in is likely something that'd need to be worked around. However we already have similar features for pyro/water, not sure if it'd cross over but blargity blarg I have no idea.
Hmm, apparently it has increased since I bought it. /me does the lucky ducky dance. Anyways, I'll edit that to suit the price.
There is in fact a need, if you hippity hop your way off to the bug reports section and search said feature, you'll notice that there is quite a few issues with the chest placing, resulting in less people buying the feature and some even being reimbursed with other features because they don't feel the feature did what it was advertised to do. However with keeping ones inventory upon death there really isn't an issue there for the chest to actually place, so this is necessary to quite a few, while the negatives are few and far between.
I agree, I have never experienced this issue though, but I would be willing to pay more for a ++ feature that does not require me to go back to my chest. I have /back for other reasons than for death anyways so I would not even include that as a hindered feature sale, /back is good for a lot more than if you die.
I have tombstone, and have never needed it, but would still donate for ++ in order to avoid potential glitches in case I did need it. I invest in my tools, and don't want to lose them.
+1 It's as simple as setting the gamerule keepinventory to true, it is a vanilla minecraft feature. I am sure if this was to be added, our developers can fix it to enable/disable in certain worlds.
Seeing as there have been multiple issues regarding the /back and tombstone relation, I believe adding a donation feature like so, would be very nice to use. I understand a great deal of users would consider this "overpowered", however, /back and tombstone are suppose to do this for us, though we seem to be having many errors.
