I read through a few threads, and since quite a few people have problems with it, is there a possibility that there could be a way to simply keep your inventory when you died? Obviously this would be disabled in PVP.
With tombstone's chances of success, you're almost better off just using /back to get the location instantly anyway. This being said, /back is one of the best things I've purchased on ECC -- well worth it regardless of its use with tombstone.
The concept of the donation feature name wouldn't make as much sense if you magically had your items upon respawn. I like the "chance" of it and how people need to be aware of their location and possible death. I've always had the belief that there should be some natural risk to losing items (dying in lava, falling to your death, legal PVP, etc), and how Tombstone is now allows for that natural risk. So I'm -1.
Whats the point of paying for a chance of loss on natural death, when there is already automatic loss on natural death? EDIT: And how else would you die other than the means you stated MoofinK
