People have been spamming with lotto an unbelievable amount lately, so I came up with an idea to fix it. It would be to make it so you can only buy some lotto tickets once per a minute.
There are 2 fixes: 1. /lot messages 2. Just ignore it. I've noticed mods beginning to warn more for lotto spam, so it's not that big of a deal.
I don't really think that this is an issue. If you don't want to see people buying lotto tickets then just use /lot messages. Similarly, as goblizz has already pointed out - We do warn for excessive lotto spam. I don't feel like there needs to be any changes to how this operates at this time.
