Minecraft Name: clou44 Suggestion: Users are able to lock threads they have created. Reason: I think this would remove some duties on mods. As of now, There is not an easy way to find threads that players want locked, besides searching for "mod please lock." If there was any way for non-mods to be able to lock threads that they have created themselves, I think it would help out the mods and the players greatly. Any Other Information: Not really. Not a bad suggestion I also think that users who created a thread/post should be able to add members to that post so that the members they added can edit the post, this is useful for many clan/job related threads. Just a add-on to your suggest :3
+1. Will make moderator's job much less time-consuming. Also, the creator of the thread should be considered the "OP" of it, and since he/she can edit the original post, he/she should be able to lock it, too.
+1 We really need this like i would like to lock m thread right when i need to and not have people post before a MOD get to it
an alternative is to enable a flag, if it would be possible, so that it might be easier for a moderator to see that a thread needs something done to it at the OP's request ie closing or moving or some other function. Having that would stream line the process. Not sure what plugins might be needed or added, just an addition to the idea so that other functions might be faster performed.
I would like for users to have the ability to be able to lock or flag their threads. It would be a convenience that I think would be great for the everyday user.
As long as users could only lock their own threads, I don't see a problem with this. It will keep non-moderators from posting on complaints and ban appeals that they shouldn't be, and it will just be useful to all. Great idea
I agree, however, I do not feel like they should be able to lock their own threads in ban appeals/complaints, or staff requests/grief reports. I feel like those forums should remain staff thread management only.

This is a great idea. I dont like waiting for mods to lock my posts while people spam on them or when the user decides that their thread has gone nowhere. Players should get to lock&unlock their own threads. +1
I love this idea. Needs to be added. I dont wanna have to ask a mod to lock it. Just like a conversation, you can lock those..
