If you're going to demote staff, at least give them a reason. I understand that being on staff is a "temporary" position and that andrewkm is busy. However, these staff members you demote (for whatever reason) dedicate hours upon hours and a lot of work to help the server which you run. Demoting Staff members without as much as a "Thank you for your time, but we've decided to demote you." is extremely rude and shows a lack of class and maturity that Staff members themselves are expected to exhibit. This is a sincere Suggestion, and I ask for all players who read this to not turn this into a chaotic thread so it can be taken seriously, and hopefully considered by andrewkm to improve the way things are handled.
The fact that this is happening is a little annoying from a staff members perspective. However, the common reason for demotion is likely that the staff member has not been doing their job up to total expectations.
