[Suggestion] Specific "/travel" for TP Users

Suggestion: Having two commands that are the function of "/travel". A feature of the tp donation, /warp, can now partially be used by non-tpers, by using the command /travel. They can travel to the nether, pvp, aether, mining, rising and legacy worlds. My suggestion is that we create another /travel (maybe /warptravel) that only tp owners can use, which would teleport them to common warps, such as the market, shops, and other /warps.

Reason: By having the /travel command, part of the tp donation is available to the public, such as teleporting to world spawns.
