[Suggestion] Shoutbox Notifications in Tab Title

Minecraft Name: Dccciz

Suggestion: Enable the setting that allows taigachat to send new message alerts to the tab/window title.

Reason: Similar to Mibbit/FB Messenger, this feature allows people to keep an eye on the shoutbox without having to check it frequently. It would be a nice feature for people doing other forum work that want to keep up to date with anything happening. I also don't see any downsides to this!

Does it need to be in a separate nav tab? I'm just looking for the new message thing to change in the tab header when at www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/taigachat
Or whatever the shout box link is
