My answer to the shout spam debate: There should be a $20-$30 "shout discount" (hey, that rhymes) that makes shouts free-$250 (you discuss), but you can only use them every two minutes. If you do not have the feature, shouts will be $2k to make up for the money that would be stored in the economy. However, if you do not have the shout feature, you can use shouts every 5 seconds. I believe you should be able to shout every 5 seconds without the feature because you are spending so much money that you'll be out of it fast.
-1 Shouts are one of the servers largest money dumps, and I can't see anything good about taking that away.
I'd generally imagine a very commonly used money dump would be one of the largest. And here we go again - hopefully you don't rek me yet :ccc
