Suggestion: Changing the way the ShopMarket sells items to users. Well, not so much as sells to users, but the amount available at a time. Reason: I remember before when the server ShopMarket made different amounts of a certain item for sale. I think there were three different amounts you could buy to fit your needs. I suggest bringing this back, it was very convenient. (If there was a reason for it's removal, please, let me know in the comments.) How: The way I see it, it could go something like this. Sign #1: 1 (one) amount of the item in question. Sign #2: 1 stack (64) of the item in question. Sign #3: 1 inventory full (36 stacks of 64) This would make it very much easier to access the materials needed instead of having some left over. I think many users would appreciate this as well, and if you're reading this and you agree with me, tell me why and drop an "Agree"!
There was indeed a reason for the removal of this a while back. That was to help player owned stores. The idea was that users who wanted only a small amount of a material would look for it at player stores instead of paying for way to much of the item at spawn store. Now we can debate if that actually worked because I don't see any normal building material being sold by players, but there was indeed a reason we removed the smaller amount of items.
Ah I see, that does make sense. But I agree, the only things I see in most of the user owned shops are rare ores and minerals, stuff that is not available in the Spawn Shop. So, I am kind of still for this suggestion. Thanks for the information!
Sign 3 shouldn't be a full inventory. Leave a couple of spots open for if someone has tools or food with them. Whenever I go to the spawn market to buy blocks I usually have a tool and some food with me.
Hmmmm maybe instead of all 36 slots being taken up you could make it 27 slots so the bottom 9 spaces can be used for items?
i was recently looking to buy some chiseled stone brick and found many shops in the market selling building blocks. i didn't look too close at the amounts being sold or the prices but they were there. with some of the blocks that can't be found in large numbers like the chiseled stone brick i would imagine that people buy them at the spawn shop and then sell smaller quantities for a little more money in their shops. the high price and quantities sold at the spawn shop make this possible.
Hmm.... wouldn't mind buying like 2000 dirt at a time. But, it takes up a ton of space and we'd have to redesign the shops again.
Buuump! I really liked this idea, just happened to be prowling old suggestions and came across it. Input pl0x!
