What we have setup now encourages another reason to vote, then just for Nether Stars. If we make it possible to buy with Nether Stars, people will vote for one reason, to get Nether Stars. With this, you have a chance of getting Nether Stars and Horse eggs. Ever since this new feature has been added, I have been wanting to vote more and more often. What andrew has done is a clever way to get people to vote more. Changing it will just make me not want to vote. :/
I think horses should be strictly obtained through voting. It gives users another reason to vote, which is always a great thing.
