This suggestion has to do with the following rule; Understandably this rule adaptation was made so that certain users who moved a massive amount of mobs into a 1x1 or 2x2 area. In my opinion, and the opinion of many people, this makes it so that you cannot move any mobs anywhere with water without risking punishment from a higher power. I suggest that this piece be removed, and the following be added in its place; With this changed, we can now ferry mobs around freely, but aggressive mobs would still need to be able to attack us. I find that the current way the rule works, it makes it absurd for users to try to make passive mob farms. Adapted to my suggestion, it'd be a much better and clear rule.
+1 I made a system in the mainworld a while back that linked 4 spider spawners together using water. All of the spiders were collected into a large room and we would fight the spiders after toggling a gate. I asked a couple of mods if it was legal and they said yes. The way the current rules are written it sounds like what I did was illegal. I wonder if Andrew would think the system I built should be illegal if he saw it. I like the idea of rewording the rules in a way like ike wrote above.
Agree 100% as long as the mobs are killed quickly. I have found 3 funnels and traps and destroyed them cuz they created lag. +1
i agree with this because not only is it a nice and convienient way for xp but matches those who rule the xp market
